3. Purchase Process

Users can buy products by selecting the desired items, which will be added to the shopping cart. Once the order is complete, the necessary information for shipping and billing will be requested. At the end, a summary with the total amount will be shown and payment can be made through the available options on the website.

Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent.

4. Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability. In the event that a product is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered the option to exchange it for another item or receive a refund.

5. Prices

Product prices are displayed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. The price applicable will be the one indicated at the moment of order confirmation. Shipping costs will be specified before completing the purchase.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped via the courier company Seur.

Shipping is only made to mainland Spain. Deliveries are not made to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but usually take between 24 to 72 business hours from the moment the order is picked up by the courier.

There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

7. Exchanges and Returns

Since these are party items, exchanges or returns are not accepted. We kindly ask customers to carefully review the information and sizes before making a purchase.
